1949 Ford F-1 Pickup

This 1949 Ford F-1 pickup remained with the family of its original owner until 1999, and it was purchased by the seller on BaT in August 2019 from another long-term owner. A refurbishment carried out two decades ago included a repaint in black and reupholstering the interior in two-tone vinyl. Power is from a 239ci flathead V8 that was converted to a 12-volt electrical system by the seller, and the rear wheels are driven through a replacement T5 manual transmission. Additional work under current ownership has included replacing the clutch, fitting LED taillights and 12-volt halogen headlights, and rebuilding the speedometer and converting it to GPS-based operation. This F-1 pickup is now offered with spare parts, literature, a truck cover, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
